If you've tried to log in recently and found the servers offline, I wanted to explain what's going on rather than leave you guessing.
I've been dealing with serious health problems, and I'm now navigating life with a disability. Between medical care, recovery, and simply getting through each day, I haven't been able to keep up with the time or cost of running the servers the way this community deserves.
I want to be honest with you: I don't know when, or if, I'll be in a position to bring them back. My situation has changed in ways that are still settling, and I'm not able to promise a timeline right now. I know that's not the answer anyone wants to hear, but I'd rather tell you the truth than string you along.
This community has meant a lot to me over the years, and I know a lot of you put real time, creativity, and friendship into it. I'm sorry for the disruption and for how sudden this has felt. Thank you for understanding, and for being part of this while it lasted.
